My story in becoming a wedding celebrant

Having been a wedding singer for over 20 years, I’ve seen a LOT of ceremonies – the good, the bad, and the downright boring.

I had my own wedding in 2011 to my partner Leonie, and ever since that day I talked about becoming a celebrant – until in January 2017, I finally did. I am thrilled to have switched one microphone for another, to create beautiful ceremonies for couples on what will be one of the most memorable occasions of their lives.

I can’t wait to meet more happy couples, and I excitedly welcome all people in love. I am experienced with gender diverse relationships and inclusive language – if you’re in love, I’m here for it!! All of my ceremonies also include an Acknowledgement of Country.

If you’ve got children or fur babies you want to incorporate – let’s do it! Want to walk down the aisle together – this can definitely happen! Glass of bubbles or shots during the ceremony – I say cheers to that! No ceremony is the same, but it is YOUR ceremony, and that’s what I love about what I do.

Whatever your vision for your wedding is, I would love to talk about how we can make it happen! Contact me for a no obligation meet and greet, or find out about my prices.
